You can locate the hosts file (usually located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts on Windows) and check if any entries are blocking access to dailymail.co.uk or other websites. Remove those entries if found.

Given the situation, I would suggest you please submit your feedback to our developer team directly. In Outlook on the web, select the question mark icon at the top right and then select Feedback.
