DHL has a time guarantee an most packages and would be required to refund all shipping costs if it exceeded the delivery timeframe. They are definitely still delivering, but in a massively reduced capacity. DHL can’t afford to shutter an entire depot, Id stall the whole network, it may be true they are contracting 3rd parties to help.

I have the same kind of tracking number. You have to go to the mail, copy the full string. Then go to the “mysc track and trace” DHL website (Google it like that and you’ll find it) Then paste ...
Same! I have 2 orders placed on the same day - May 21 - and here we are June 12 and they've been stuck in limbo forever. They do show movement in the tracking but have literally stayed at a DHL facility for over a week. Ipsy didn't ship them until June 1/2 either. Both DHL and Ipsy suck sometimes. : (.

Every last one of my DHL packages switched to this today too. I went to use a third party tracking, and it said it was unable to pull due to DHL experiencing technical issues. So I would assume there is just some kind of issue going on in the background. My package also is in this state "102".
