I reverted back to 'merican English cuz it was just too frustrating, and I just use Grammarly for sentence structure and grammar. Grammarly certainly is AI, there is no denying that, but it is far less sophisticated than GPT, which is likely what the university is out after. Even microsoft word uses some level of AI in its detection of languages, or grammar. The term AI has become such a buzzword that it has lost much of its meaning.

It has often auto-corrected words when it shouldn't ie:"persuader" to "persuaded"), but overall it has made a positive impact on my writing. I kept thinking I was logged into the wrong account so I checked out learning services on the NAIT website and it said that it was funded until Aug 1st 2023. Huge bummer.
