It keeps on asking for your id/password. Too much of inconvenience to go to individual accounts to see/search each of them. Can you please help - this is critical. Regards,
Sep 1, 2024 · I realize that you've encountered a problem when log in your Hotmail account on Classic Outlook for Windows. For your questions, you can still use your @hotmail.com e-mail address. Even if the login link changes to outlook.com, your @hotmail.com address is still valid and you can continue to use it to send and receive e-mail.
Aug 5, 2024 · May I ask if your account is a domain name ending in Hotmail.com? If so, you can start by logging into https://account.live.com to determine the current status of the account; is it logging in properly? If the account is fine, you can go to https://outlook.live.com to log in with your Hotmail account and you should see your mail.

Hello! I have not accessed my old Hotmail account in some time. Now I need to, but Hotmail takes me to a new, empty Outlook account instead. Googling tells me I should sign in to Hotmail with my old e-mail address and password, but I cannot find an option in Outlook to do that. Everything I try just keeps taking me to the new, empty account.

This has been an issue for 4 days and I'm extremely frustrated. I tried the recovery aspect but never received a follow up email.
