Oct 11, 2016 · I've had success in clicking the tiny icon at the left end of the HTTP and dragging to the Desktop then either drag to the Taskbar or right-click and Pin to the Taskbar. Maybe could bookmark to the Favorites/Bookmarks Toolbar then do the same.
