The game's resolution options are basically 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x720, 1366x768, and 1920x1080. If you don't want the game to take up the whole screen but you still want a decent sized window, just make sure your monitor's resolution has a higher width and height than the game's resolution, but not that much higher.
