Please approach our staff at the Visitor Registration counter who will advise you on the entry into the wards. Please show consideration for others when you ride your PMA around NUH. Charging of PMAs is strictly not allowed in NUH as a safety precaution.
The routine in the ward includes activities such as ward rounds by doctors, medication rounds, meals, visiting hours and bedtime. In addition, doctors will order like laboratory tests, x-ray, treatment and other procedures and these will take place when required.

Visiting at NUH in general inpatient wards is between 11am-8pm. If you need to make arrangements out of this time please contact the ward directly. We encourage visitors to NUH as you are an important part of your loved ones care and recovery.

• For our general wards, only one visitor per patient will be permitted at any one time during our visiting hours (12pm to 8pm). Patients with appointments at our clinics are allowed one accompanying person each. • All visitors are required to declare their health status and travel history.
As long as the ward you are visiting doesn’t have any active cases of transmissible infection (e.g. Covid-19, influenza or Norovirus) then visiting will be permitted. Each patient may have up to two visitors at the bedside.

If you are entering our wards for the first time, please register at our Visitor Registration Counter (VRC). You do not need to register again for subsequent visit and can proceed directly to the gantry.
