Dec 4, 2011 · If i have not mistake, from Dec 1 2016, residents who buy season parking for HDB carparks within their own estate will pay $80 per month for surface and $110 for sheltered carparks for their first car. Non-residents will pay rates of $90 for surface and $120 for sheltered carparks.

Dec 22, 2014 · Calling the HDB Tel: 1800 225 5432 after you leave the carpark, e.g. doing a car swap to collect new car. Provide the new IU number to HDB (get it early from the AD or car dealer), it takes just 15 minutes for them to update. They will ask if you need a new RFID, else just keep the old one since you retaining the car plate.

As your IU is the key identifier in this instance (i.e. if you read the HDB Season Parking website, they only require you to change/update your information if you change IU) you should be fine for now as even if they try to fine you, your valid IU will prevent ...
