They must re-submit their health declaration if there are changes to their health condition or travel history before arriving in Singapore.
You can also retrieve your e-Pass information from ICA’s e-Pass Enquiry Portal on the SG Arrival Card e-Service platform with either of the following: Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) number issued to you after your SG Arrival Card submission; or; Email address declared in your SG Arrival Card submission
Arriving travellers can submit their personal information, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card e-Service at the ICA website or via MyICA mobile app within three days prior to the date of their arrival in Singapore.
