  2. Apr 1, 2022 · National Steps Challenge™ rewards you for staying active daily. Simply clock steps and Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) minutes and be rewarded daily! From 20 Sep 2023, eligible Healthy 365 users will be auto-enrolled to the National Steps Challenge™.

  3. Make an appointment and visit any of our customer care centres for in-person support to resolve your National Steps Challenge™ or HPB fitness tracker-related issues. In line with MOH’s advisory, only vaccinated persons are allowed to enter shopping malls.

  4. The National Steps Challenge™ is the world’s first population level fitness tracker-based physical activity initiative that encourages Singaporeans to move more.

  5. Step 1. On the ‘Home’ tab of the Healthy 365 mobile app, tap on ‘Pair your tracker or app’ and select ‘HPB Trackers’. If you are connecting via QR Code, you will need your HPB fitness tracker’s packaging.

  6. Step 6 Tap “Collect a HPB fitness tracker”. Eligible participants1 will be redirected to the appointment booking site. 1 You are eligible if you have a valid NRIC number and (i) did not collect a HPB fitness tracker in Season 5; and/or (ii) completed all 6 “Steps Rewards” tiers in previous seasons.

  7. Eligible participants can collect a HPB Fitness Tracker or use compatible fitness devices and pair these with the Healthy 365 app. Once done, users can clock steps and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity minutes to earn rewards.
