I had an iPad 6 for years. Decided to upgrade and really liked the 6mini. Up here in Canada these things are expensive but I didn’t need or want a bigger screen like the iPad generation 10. So I bit the bullet and bought a mini 6 from Amazon mid Feb. Yes the new ones are coming later this year but I can only imagine what the prices will be.
Sep 24, 2021 · The iPhone is still very much a phone, whereas the iPad Mini is very much a tablet. The Mini is such a nice size to use for handheld media consumption and it does a fantastic job of being a couch device and a portable carry-everywhere type of device. The 11” is somewhat the least useful size in comparison if you have the Mini and 12.9” Pro.

Nov 9, 2021 · After installing all apps needed, I still have 40GB to use. I don't play games, also don't take a lot of photos and videos in general, which in all cases I would use my phone rather than iPad (iPad Mini 6 shoots great photos though). The Mini 6 also serves the same purpose as a Kindle for me as an e-book reader, so 64GB is also overkilled for that.
Jun 11, 2022 · Note taking on iPad mini is pretty good. On the iPad Pro (120hz) a whole lot better. I’d say get a pro if the main use is writing or drawing. If you’re happy with the writing on the iPad mini… sure get that one. It’s mostly personal preference, I have the mini now and it’s by far the best gaming and consumable content iPad there is.

Jan 12, 2022 · I may be imagining it, but it seems that my Mini's battery health has experienced a rapid falloff. I bought it in October and was definitely getting something close to the advertised 10-hour screen-on time. Four months later (while being very careful about proper charging habits) the battery life has dropped to 6-7 hours.
Mar 23, 2022 · If you're a mobile gamer and thinking of buying the iPad Mini 6, just do it!!! It's AMAZING as a mobile gaming device. I'm not playing on my phone anymore. Perfect size. Great battery life. Flagship performance with the A15 chip. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT DOESNT OVERHEAT AT ALL even at max graphics settings.
