Jul 10, 2018 · Go into the Device Manager, choose the Mouse device, on Driver tab see if Roll back is available and try that first. If not then try Uninstall, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver. Sep 5, 2019 · I am using a Logitech Mouse ( M 510) and Logitech Keyboard (K800). Runs through a Logitech Unifying Receiver. Updated drivers are installed. I have trouble with erratic movements and freezing of the cursor. The only Mice that show up in Device Manager are 2 entries for HID Compliant. I run a similar setup on another Dell.
Aug 14, 2022 · Alright in this case you will need to do some searching. Open device manager by right clicking on the start button and then clicking on device manager. Once in the device manager and under the mice and other pointing devices click on HID-compliant mouse and then check the general tab.

Apr 1, 2018 · Turning the mouse off and then on would fix it until the next disconnect. Happened every minute or two, really frustrating. The solution was to uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" box under the "Power Management" tab of the "Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)" device under Device Manager>Bluetooth.
Feb 15, 2023 · I had similar issues with a Logitech USB wired Marble Mouse.. Build 25295 replaced the driver with a Microsoft Driver that does not support the specialty buttons.. The Marble Mouse does not even appear in the SetPoint driver software.. All attempts to reinstall the same version.. and newer.. failed..
Aug 18, 2015 · I just bought a Logitech MK550 Combo: Logitech K350 wireless keyboard + Logitech M510 wireless mouse. The wireless keyboard works, but the wireless mouse does not. (Win 10) In the Device Manager section (mice), I can see the entry "Logitech HID - Compliant Unifying mouse." When clicking on the properties, it says "The device is working properly."
