Hi ghchua, I used to think that rebalancing of the portfolio should be done accordingly to what you have described but in recent times, I start to have doubts.

Jan 7, 2022 · Go look at the last AR 2020 (2021 not out yet), it was showing around $39 BV. When the shares was issued when you purchased it long ago it was >$10 if I remembered it correctly. So you paid $10/share for your 1000 shares ie $10k. When the BV started rising they stop the sale of the shares (my guess).
