Curriculum. Our College offers two pathways to the GCE A-level examinations. 6 year Integrated Programme (Grades 7 to 12) 2 year JC Programme (Grades 11 to 12) Students in the Integrated Programme (IP) will take the GCE A-level examinations at the end of their sixth year in NJC.
H2 Further Mathematics is designed for students who are mathematically-inclined and who intend to specialise in mathematics, sciences or engineering or disciplines with higher demand on mathematical skills.
Senior High. The Senior High curriculum equips every NJCian with skills and knowledge that will put them in good stead to lead, serve and add value to the lives of others.
The NJC Humanities Programme is a stretch programme for students passionate about the Humanities and consists of: Advanced Humanities (AH), a 2 year programme in JH3-4 and. The Humanities Integrated Programme (HIP), a 15-month programme in SH1-2.
In the Junior High, all students will read Geography in JH1 and JH 2. They will decide at the end of JH2 whether to read Geography at the Upper JH. JH Geography is issue-based learning, where students’ curiosity is sparked, and they collect and analyse data and reflect on their learning.
