The right swimming technique allows for efficient and relaxed swimming. The technique being taught during adult swimming lessons are the same sets of principles being taught in other swimming classes.
Pacific Swim Team provides comprehensive and systematic lifesaving courses in accordance with SLSS Awards Syllabus. Trainees undergo basic lifesaving lessons to advanced lifeguarding training courses to achieve the skills and knowledge to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.
Pacific Swim Team will provide the necessary trainings to improve our swimmers' skills & techniques to achieve their full potential in both Swimming & Lifesaving Competition. Our competitive training includes the four competitive strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.
SwimSafer comprises 7 progressive stages that incorporate the essential elements of swimming, water survival and lifesaving skills to prepare students to react appropriately when faced with sudden and adverse aquatic situations.
