Dec 30, 2022 · Just go to your installed applications, I am on Windows 11, find razer synapse and right click the application. You should see a modify option. Clicking that will pull the razer application manager where you will see synapse again. Click on it and select the “repair” option and that will fix any problems you have.

Nov 7, 2023 · After this I reinstalled sypnase 3 with this latest update and restarted again, I entered sypnase 3 and saw that the led command responded to having thx or not (green LED on and off) now there is no output on the Windows speaker as before thx audio and I configured it in game, which is how the update text was, the thx worked but not my 7.1 ...

Apr 24, 2020 · Hi, ever since I've had my Razer Nari and Razer Nari Ultimate, I've noticed that my Equalizer stops working. There's a noticeable difference in sound quality too, before and after I 'repaired' Synapse 3. I've been in contact with Razer for a while and we tried basically everything. TLDR; They told me it's a hardware/software issue on my end.
Nov 29, 2023 · I know Razer is actively looking at these threads for feedback so here mine is. In the Nov 29th update they stated the following: I can’t see the 7.1 channel configuration under the Speaker Setup Windows menu of the headsets / I don’t see the 7.1 surround calibrator on Synapse.
