Once the Notarisation is complete, please proceed to the SAL Counter for SAL’s authentication and legalisation. “By virtue of Rule 8(3)(c) of the Notaries Public Rules, a Notarial Certificate must be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law in order to be valid.”
