If you're using an Asus Monitor, kindly press the monitor button and try to enter the monitor menu > System Setup, and chose All Reset. if this does not work, Please check the older thread below with a similar problem. Jul 4, 2020 · When I reboot, the grid pops up with the words "Alignment Grid" across the middle of the screen. It only lasts for a second or two, then the PC continues to load up. The grid lines remain and are present no matter what software is in use. It is present in task view as well. The screen is divided into nine rectangles.

Feb 28, 2017 · Using a table is a good "old school" way to keep pictures and text aligned. If that won't work for you try turning on the grid (2016): Page Layout tab > Arrange group > Align drop down > click on "View Gridlines". Just below that is also the option adjust grid settings.
Jan 7, 2020 · Highlighted text, right clicked in the table and chose Table Properties > Cell > Vertical Options > Bottom. Didn't change anything. Highlighted text, chose Layout > Align and all options are grayed out. I would tell what version I'm on but I have no idea. The Help > About menu option is gone. There is no 'About' in the file area.
