In Time is a 2011 movie about a society where time is the currency and people have clocks on their arms. Amanda Seyfried plays Sylvia, a rich girl who joins a poor factory worker (Justin Timberlake) in a rebellion against the system.
Amanda Seyfried, whose role has her playing off Timberlake for a lot of the film, is another professional whose appeal tends to overshadow her abilities for some reason. Perhaps an independent production could provide actors with genuine talent, who are young enough to look the part, but this is closer some sort of CW melodrama.
