Anarex when taken together with gabapentin can cause increased dizziness, sleepiness, confusion, impaired judgement and drowsiness. But synflex and gabapentin do not interact. Since no drug interaction has been reported, it would be safe to take either drug while on gabapentin. Since one is a synthetic opiate like analgesic and the other is a muscle relaxant, it would be prudent to keep a 6 hour interval between the drugs and gabapentin. Thank you for clarifying Dr Aren.
