They're basically Amazon but for clothing so the quality/price ratio will very wildly depending on what you are buying. Their own brand stuff is pretty basic on all fronts including the quality. Sales on there can provide decent value for money.
I’ve bought shoes (New Look, Missguided and ASOS own brand) and while the quality isn’t too bad, triple check the sizing nuances because sometimes sizes are listed in UK with US conversion, sometimes without, etc. Out of the three, I’ve had the best luck with Missguided. ASOS (ankle wellies) have started to leak after a year.
Oct 12, 2015 · ASOS is an absolute giant, probably the largest online one stop clothing store out there. Out of the thousands, they're bound to lose/misplace at least a dozen orders. It just so turns out that the people who were affected by the order delays complain about it so they can have their order re-shipped again or a refund.

Most of the clothes I've bought from them have been true to size (for me) and fairly well made. Never had any issues on returning stuff so far.
Jun 9, 2020 · I would agree that it is a crapshoot, as in a given order I will have an item I love and an item I'll definitely return. One category that I find ASOS brand is consistently bad, is shoes. I won't even bother trying ASOS brand shoes anymore. However, I have had good look with their farleigh jeans, basic sweaters and tees, swimsuits.

Mar 11, 2013 · Also clothes do run a bit tighter and smaller than American clothes. Just a heads up bro, I'm also in Canada and Asos hits you with a heavy customs/duty charge. The only time I ever ordered from Asos, it was a $300 order and the customs charge was around $100. ASOS-brand stuff is a gamble.
Asos brand stuff is cheaply made, cheaper fabrics and its a miracle if it fits you the right way. I'd say go for it if its for looks (with the gamble it fits you well) + if you are on a small budget. You can buy more widely trusted brands on their site which i think its a better move if you can do that or shop around a bit more.

Not sure why I haven't seen other people post this much, but for all who don't know, ASOS.com has a tall filter on their clothing section. And the ASOS brand tall clothes are generally pretty good quality. And a lot of it is made in India or Turkey which tends to be better ...
