So the system is taking the current location, and the destination location, and giving you the delivery estimate based on that (in this case two business day).

Oct 19, 2021 · Thanks! The Canada Post website offers both Personal and Commercial (i.e. Solutions for Small Business) accounts. You need to be sure you're logged in with your Commercial/Business account to have access to Expedited Parcel. I suspect you may be logged in with a Personal account (possibly unknowingly if you have multiple accounts with Canada Post).
Canada Post cannot accept a Flex Delivery package if its not being shipped with a Canada Post label. In this case using something like Penguin PickUp, if thats available in your area, would be a better choice, they do charge for using their service, either $10 a month if you subscribe, or $4 pay per use.
Yes after 5 days. Can confirm as of Dec 10th, 2022, shipping labels do not expire. I created a label on Oct 11th, 2022 and it worked just fine. The only issue is that the tracking number no longer works on the CP webpage (shows error, no updates), but the item was accepted and delivered without a problem.

The function assessment is a lot of bending and lifting with max weight of 35lbs. The main obstacle of that course is wearing a vest caring max weight of 35lbs and Jogging then touch from wall to wall with insert step in between.
