Dec 5, 2022 · The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) will reduce tuition fees for some primary and secondary school students from families with monthly household income between $2,400 and $4,800. The subsidised rates will apply to tuition classes from Jan 1, 2023, and the CDAC will also launch new programmes to support education.
