You're comparing a handset contract plan to a SIM-only plan. You should be comparing directly, M1 mySIM vs Circles.Life plan. (Note: CIS for mySIM only have free months of CallerID (idk how long), no corporate discount) Also, Circles.Life is a MVNO, using M1's network. So theoretically everywhere you're under the sunshine, you should be covered ...
