The Yangpyeong branch is probably the easiest to get to from within Seoul, but it's also the most crowdest and busiest in my experience. Though probably the easiest to get to via subway.

Things we buy frequently: coffee beans, bagels (and other baked goods), kimchi, mandu, varieties frozen foods, meat, fish, wine (their box wine is actually pretty decent), cereal, snacks, etc.

  6. Dec 19, 2020 · Costco in Korea has a really janky delivery service, at least the last few times I tried it. You order some stuff and then it arrives in dribs and drabs over the next few days, seemingly delivered by multiple random people using their personal cars.

There is someone at the front door holding a sample Costco card to indicate you should display your card on entry. Being Korea they don’t do anything if you don’t pull your card out.

  8. Oct 21, 2022 · Mmmm! I will say that the Koreans especially loved the free onions. There was a grinder with endless onions in it. Koreans would fill a plate with them, cover the whole thing in mustard, and go to town. That was their whole meal. And it was free. Also I once saw a mother helping her son pee in an empty bottle in the food court.

Never been to a costco in seoul but these images should help you get a rough idea compared to elsewhere. Yangpeong seems to be the most convenient one in Seoul.
