May 18, 2024 · Here are pictures of the Crystal Jade Golden Palace dim sum menu and a couple of pages from their current Nov 2017 menu. Another new thing which we do not recall from the past are the individual pickles.
This is the only Crystal Jade with a Michelin star, and it’s a notch above the crystal jade stainless steel palace takashimaya, both in terms of food quality and ambiance. Avoid the Peking Duck though, it is mediocre compared to Imperial Treasure on the same floor of Paragon.
