Nov 23, 2021 · Every time I try to save as PDF, the exported document's font/format always changing. Even I try to change the font type, but the result will be same. I've try to uninstall the office but it didn't work. I also try to add an enxtension in Word (add-ins) to convert the file, but the result just the same.
Nov 1, 2021 · Windows has always had poor PDF support and that does not seem to have improved in Windows 11. I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022.

Jan 25, 2018 · When saving as a PDF, the formatting is effectively destroyed - paragraphs convert to headings, sections of text rearranged all over the place, and other similar issues. Aug 27, 2020 · Suggestions I've received so far: -set the default printer to adobe pdf instead of just printing to adobe pdf or converting with adobe. -try saving the document as .doc instead of .docx before the conversion. -set the document to "Restrict Editing" before the conversion. -confirm current printer drivers are updated.

Jun 6, 2019 · Created on June 6, 2019. PDF looks like word as an attachment in Outlook. I used the feature "open with" word to convert a PDF to a word document. I have changed this back so all PDFs are now opened with Adobe Reader DC. However, since then, when I create a new email and attach a PDF document, the icon of the attachment looks like the word icon.
Aug 8, 2021 · If the font is changing, it may NOT be embeddable and the alternative is to access the Options dialog on the Save As dialog when the PDF (*.pdf) type is selected and check the box for "Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded".
