December weather is nothing like July, it's the total opposite. It is less humid and usually very nice, mostly sunny, crisp in the evenings. A light jacket or cardi would be handy as temps tend to drop especially in the desert and outlying areas.

Jul 25, 2022 · The Dubai summer is scorching hot. The sun is unrelenting between June and August, with hardly any rain. Expect at least 10 to 12 hours of daylight, high levels of humidity, and temperatures of up to 107℉. Dubai’s tropical desert climate makes it prone to sandstorms. Tune in to local weather updates before confirming your activity for the day.
Dubai weather can be funny at that time of the year, last Dec/Jan the weather took a sudden turn and got quite chilly and rainy. I mean cold enough to wear a sweater and a light jacket. On average though, its mild and pleasant but probably not beach weather.
Hi Aaron, I visited Dubai in December of 2014 and I have to say the weather was just ideal and perfect. It was amazingly hot during the day about 25 degrees and very comfortable to walk around, sunbathe and just relax.
Agree with above, I was in dubai this Christmas and New Year and found the weather lovely through the day but chilly on a night (I had to wear a thick jumper). We went to the pool/beach most days and it was nice until about 4pm then it started to get chilly.
December weather is more like 15 to 25 C - it can get cool in the evenings/night and a light weather would be useful. Global Village does get the cold desert winds and you may need to wear an extra layer in the evenings.
For me, from the UK, December in Dubai feels positively lovely and whilst I would take a light cover for the evening, especially in the desert, I wouldn't be taking jumpers or a coat. Hi, In my opinion December is the best time of year to visit Dubai. Have visited twice in December and both times the weather was perfect for sunbathing and was especially nice being able to dine outside without the unbearable humidity. Friends of mine visit Dubai every Christmas and New year and def wouldnt keep going if the weather was lousy.
