Aug 1, 2021 · The smarter ones work in Mindef and then head for evening classes at SIM etc for further studies. After 3 years, they resign once they get their degree. I've seen a few return but in a much higher position. At least $1500 to $2000 pay jump. If you're posted to Mindef there is transport from your home to there and vice-versa.

For Kyoji83 to claim so definitively that, 1) "For DXO, it is near to zero percentage for career advancement.", 2) "DXO way of 'promotion' is to apply for internal posting at higher rank level." and 3) "What you do in Mindef as DXO or other positions does not apply to private sector practice."
Apr 15, 2012 · EA is Executive Associate. Still means for diploma below. DXO = Degree above. Once awhile there will always be pay revision to make sure they are competitive against market. How true i dont know. But thats what they state and based on some forum people wrote. But alot of things is not shown on the web.

Hi there, i do understand that every estab/position got different salary scale but i would like to check with u all the MINIMUM/LOWEST i can expect to get.. Assuming im applying for a manager position (the JD allows no experience graduates to apply also), not sure if it is DX9.
