eBay do not add GST to sales in Australia because prices of goods in Australia, for both eBay Buy-It-Now and eBay Auctions, are GST Inclusive (where GST is required to be charged). eBay is not legally required to be party to GST collection as the seller, where legally required to collect GST on sales, has the obligation to be GST compliant.

Feb 8, 2021 · James. feed back time limit. You have 60 days from date of purchase to leave feedback. Most sellers don't sell for feedback. 70% of buyers, from my experience, don't leave it, so your lack wouldn't even be noticed. If you bought them within a week from the same seller, it only counts as one anyway.

Sep 16, 2020 · on 16-09-202001:48 PM. I'm not convinced. I sell womens clothing and a few months ago I started making my listings fit the ebay plus rules. It seemed like a good idea to sell with included postage and ebay plus gives free returns which in theory could increase sales as buyers have more confidence that they can return an item that doesn't fit.

Australia Post had a bit of an overhaul a few months back, and the Registered Post service is nolonger offered for parcels. All parcels are now sent with tracking as part of the new structure, and there is the option to upgrade from the standard service to incluse Signature on delivery and Insurance.

Jun 28, 2017 · The Netflix tax is anti competative international sellers selling under $1000 now have an edge an Australia again. Our postage costs are huge fees are now massive. I am not in the business of giving items away. I will close by saying all my listings have been removed from Ebay until this is all sorted. Your thoughts would be welcome.

My recent overseas item browsing show many items now attract huge import tax fees. This even applies to second hand clothes (jeans /jacket) coming from the US. A secondhand jacket listed at US$23 attracts a $9.22 import tax levy.

Jul 9, 2022 · The Australia Post website quotes: Perth - 4-5 days. Brisbane - 3 days. Townsville - 3-4 days . Looking at the estimated delivery times against the actual delivery times I am now of the impression that Australia Post appears to be treating eBay satchels as 'Second Class Mail' and anything over 500g goes by truck.
