Aug 13, 2020 · With your budget you could probably get a powerful and reasonably not-noisy gaming PC, and a laptop (even capable of moderate gaming) There are solutions to portable gaming around the home like Steam Remote Play, Nvidia + Moonlight, etc where you can run a desktop PC in one room, and play and control the game on a different device in a different room.

If possible twice a week. Yeah, try and have the laptop powered up until you can drain the battery, although it will go into sleep mode if there's no sign of input.
Nov 20, 2021 · To add, the higher the res of the monitor and the higher the resolution setting in-game, the more you tax the GPU(be it discrete or an iGPU) so for your laptop's form factor, you're merely asking it to do more in a smaller confines than what a gaming laptop or a well ventilated desktop will have at it's disposal, meaning cooling the innards.
Nov 13, 2023 · The laptop you mentioned is OKAY, will run most of the modern games and upcoming games, and also the newer games are coming with dlss 3.5 support which has the frame generation technology specifically for the RTX 40 series which generates frames using AI, which means that this graphics card will make most of the upcoming games playable even if they are too graphically demanding.
Feb 17, 2021 · The reason i prefer a gaming laptop is because most if not all of them have really good graphic cards integrated, they are powerful, the battery last for hours, and it’s really hard for them to overheat. I find those 4 things really important. (1. Color accuracy, 2. graphic card, 3. battery life, 4. cooling system)
