After a sales launch is announced, you can apply for a flat online at the HDB Flat Portal during the application period. An non-refundable administrative fee of $10 (inclusive of GST) per application is payable by credit card (MasterCard/ Visa) or scanning the QR code using any of the supporting mobile payment apps.

About 7 out of 10 flats on offer will have waiting times of 4 years or less, including 2,085 flats in Sengkang and Bukit Batok with waiting times of under 3 years. Applications close on 23 October, 11:59pm.
