Jan 7, 2024 · Updated Collection 2024 + need opinions. Recently got a third detolf (last at my local IKEA!) And digging the less cluttered display. Two per shelf really pops to my eye. Still need to light up the new cabinet. I've got Battinson / Batcycle / Bat Signal on the way so have to make a hard choice.
May 30, 2023 · I switched from statues to Hot Toys because I couldn’t find Infinity War Characters on 1/6 statues back then. They are on 1/4 scale which is expensive for me and takes too much space + boxes are huge. Iron Studios, DC Direct, and Kotobukiya has smaller ones 1/10 scale but they are pricey as well at $100-$150.

Alien Romulus. News/Announcements. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan I really hope we see some new alien figures with the release of Alien Romulus this far. The past couple movies were not the greatest but hot toys old alien figures were simply amazing. With silicone/rubber bodies coming a long way an update to the original big chap seems in order! Apr 15, 2022 · Queen Studios also announced that they will be having a go at the 2022 Batmobile so there may be three options on the market very soon at various price points. I'm sure jazzinc will have the better version. However that comes at a price, I think hot toys will be at least be 500 dollars cheaper than the jazzinc offering.

Inart > Hot Toys on the proportions alone. Hot Toys shoulders are too narrow, body is shaped like a square juice box and the head is oversized. Inarts wider shoulder with the pad might make the head look small but it's actually properly proportioned with the body. Has proper tapering from the stomach to a wider chest.
