However it does sound like a Phishing scam. FYI. Microsoft usually has a green shield on the sender's name. and you might see a lock in the URL / address line. Mar 15, 2022 · To have the file show up in the correct file format without changing any settings, open the Downloads window (down arrow with line underneath in toolbar) and click the “open” or “save” option for the document you want saved. It’s likely showing up as a CRDOWNLOAD file because it needs your permission to open/save the document.

One of the reasons is that they run out of gift codes or that the promotion for a certain reward has ended. Jul 7, 2020 · Go to the cloud icon on the taskbar > OneDrive settings > Account tab > "Unlink This PC" and unlink it. Then set up OneDrive again and choose the OneDrive folder on Drive D as your OneDrive. Or create a new empty folder on Drive D, name it "OneDrive", link up to it, and let everything download from the online OneDrive.
