However it does sound like a Phishing scam. FYI. Microsoft usually has a green shield on the sender's name. and you might see a lock in the URL / address line. It’s likely showing up as a CRDOWNLOAD file because it needs your permission to open/save the document.

Jul 7, 2020 · Go to the cloud icon on the taskbar > OneDrive settings > Account tab > "Unlink This PC" and unlink it. Then set up OneDrive again and choose the OneDrive folder on Drive D as your OneDrive. Or create a new empty folder on Drive D, name it "OneDrive", link up to it, and let everything download from the online OneDrive.
