Oct 25, 2019 · The issue goes away if I completely remove iTunes 12.6 and install iTunes 12.10. I was able to successfully sign in with iTunes 12.10, but I don't really care, since I can't use the App store. After I had 12.10 installed, I completely uninstalled it, then reinstalled 12.6.
