Doesn't sound too bad, but I have JD installed on a company-managed laptop and don't want any flags to be raised. Earlier posts mention that the file is used for experimental integration with windows. Is it ok if I remove that file? Jdownloader seems to start fine without it.
May 27, 2021 · Furthermore, JDownloader was working fine, downloading normal videos and age restricted videos, and only in last days it stopped working with age restricted videos. Why? Don't know.
Jan 17, 2022 · The simplest would be if we assume that playlists always contain multiple items and videos always one item (e.g. you only crawl the best video quality). I'm also assuming that you got "Subfolder by packagename" enabled. Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings LinkgrabberSettings.subfolderthreshold --> Set this to 1.

Okay here are my findings: For me it doesn't work at all due to Cloudflare so I can't do proper testing but according to your logs, the plugin is able to find the stream URL so the failure occurs right at the download-start. This is the FFmpeg output of your logs:
1.) To filter out links, you can either setup multiple filters, for each host you don't want to have, a single rule. Or you could create one single filter that will matches on everything that you don't want to have but is little more complex to maintain. For example create a Filter - download url contains, archive.org.

the only video available is 2160p (450 MB for less than 4'). This does not change even if in the youtube page are available all other res (1080, 720, ...). You can change resolution/format.. in variants column oder via rightclick context menu.
JDownloader calls this as external executable/application, so you can also use 32bit executable with 64bit java/JDownloader. But of course the system must provide everything required to run 32bit executables.
