Configuration: Windows 10 Pro (Build 1709) on a laptop (ASUS K52F) and Jigsaw (version unknown). Since 11/22/2018, Microsoft Jigsaw has changed its behavior. It would previously start in under 2. minutes, but now requires at least 5 just to start - still has lots to do (like logging in, synchronizing, etc.). How can I improve this - unusable as is.

Jan 12, 2019 · 1) Go to your C drive in File Explorer. 2) Search in the top-right search bar for DownloadedPuzzles. 3) A folder should show up called DownloadedPuzzles. Open it. 4) Delete the collections you've completed. 5) Start Microsoft Jigsaw and those puzzles should be gone. Hopefully that works!
Feb 28, 2020 · How do I get back to uncompleted puzzles? When I start a puzzle and then start another puzzle before the first one has been completed I can't see any way to resume the first puzzle. Does starting a new puzzle just blow away earlier uncompleted puzzles? What OS build are you on? Hit the Windows key, type winver, hit Enter.
