Karthik Sivakumar (born 25 May 1977 [1]), known as Karthi, is an Indian actor and playback singer who works predominantly in Tamil cinema. He has won three Filmfare Awards South , an Edison Award , two SIIMA Award and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award .
He has lent his voice to many Tamil songs like “Kandha Kaara Vadai” from the film ‘Saguni’ (2012), “Gubu Gubu Gubu” from the film ‘Magalir Mattum’ (2017), “Yerumayileri” from the film ‘Sardar’ (2022), and “Touching Touching” from the film ‘Japan’ (2023).
Karthi, born Karthik Sivakumar, is an Indian actor known for his work in Tamil cinema. He is the younger son of veteran actor Sivakumar and Lakshmi Sivakumar.
