General. LAMH operates as a privately owned nursing home; however, we do extend our services to residents eligible for subsidies. The ward follows an open layout and accommodates a gender-segregated group of 10 to 14 residents.

Fees Comparison & LAM Nursing Home Affordability. LAM charges between $2,325 to $3,900 for private residents and $705 to $1,200 for subsidised residents. Additional LAM charity assistance given as well.

Lee Ah Mooi Caring Programme. Established in the mid-1960s by the late Madam Lee Ah Mooi, the Home’s mission is to provide affordable and quality eldercare service for the “sandwich-class” who do not qualify for government-funded homes and cannot afford the more expensive profit-driven private nursing homes.
We need your support. Most corporate sponsors usually go for Social Service Agencies (SSA), Charities and IPC whereby they can receive tax-deductible receipts for giving donations and that’s why every dollar counts in our nursing home.
