Aug 15, 2022 · In recent years I've heard plenty of complaints surrounding Logitech's software and they've always left me quite confused. Personally I've never had a problem with G HUB. To add to the confusion I actually have had quite a few issues with corsair's icue software which usually gets praised for being much better than G HUB. So now I need an answer.
My Logitech G-Hub wouldn't open properly so it completely ruined the DPI that I was used to. I deleted and re-installed. The app will now open, but my mouse isn't able to be configured. I go to chat with support, the chat function doesn't even work. I have to sign up, I don't get the email to confirm my email. G-Hub is actually horrible.
Oct 30, 2021 · Yep, same here. Genshin Impact profile got broken with version 2022.3 G Hub. Tried to write to support, failed, bot cannot help. Created a ticket via the chat/bot system, no reply. All versions are general installers that downloading the latest version. No I'm not even trying to get the exe from other websites, they look really dodgy.
