I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.
May 27, 2023 · Hope this helps. Open the Logi Options+ app. Click on the image of this Wireless Keyboard. Click on Settings on the left, under "Keys". Look for "General" and under that, "Use F1, F2, etc. as standard function keys". Turn that option On.
Go down almost halfway down the list on the left hand side until you find "Human Interface Devices" and then click on it. 3. Look for and click on the "Logitech USB Input Device" icon. 4. Click on the "Power Management" tab. 5. If the check box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked uncheck it. That fixed my problem.
