He (in a thick indian accent) said he would connect me with someone from Microsoft. He had me go to start, right click on computer and go into the viewer and see all the errors.

The contact was a Mark Browne and their telephone number was 0208 0999 162. I apparently have problems with my computer and I was referred to "EVENTVWR" to see the red and yellow entries which prove that I have problems.
