Jan 23, 2023 · It's a demo disc that was made and issued with PC gamer magazines in June of 2011, so they're at least somewhat rare. It plays normally, except you only have 5 in game days before you can't interact with the world anymore, and at the beginning of each new day, a message pops up asking if you want to buy Minecraft or keep playing.
Feb 19, 2021 · I've owned minecraft for years, it works fine on my desktop PC with the same account I recently tried to log back in on my laptop (signed me out as it had been a while) and I load it up to see I can only play the demo version. This is my only mojang account and I know that I 100% own the game on this account, have for years

Oct 12, 2023 · I'm looking for an old demo world seed. Demo as in the version you play if you haven't purchased Minecraft yet. So basically the spawn would be on top of a tree and in front of you would be a small village. The village had a "church", a couple of farms, maybe a well and then a little bit away from the village is a swamp.

Oct 20, 2020 · The demo is the exact same game, except the launcher passes a special "-demo" argument to the game (prior to 1.3 there was an actual "demo" version which was a separate game, which is why versions older than 1.3 let you play the full game), so installing mods should work the same way.
