Aug 13, 2024 · Non-IP schools can admit up to 20% of their S1 intake through DSA-Sec. Specialised independent schools such as NUS High School of Mathematics and Science, School of the Arts, School of Science and Technology can admit 100% of their S1 intake through DSA-Sec.
Your child has not been given a place through the DSA-Sec, and must take part in S1 Posting, if eligible. Students with a confirmed offer or on a wait list will be able to submit up to 3 school preferences from 9am on Monday, 21 October 2024 to 3pm on Friday, 25 October 2024.
Direct School Admission for junior colleges (DSA-JC) allows students to apply to a DSA school before taking the GCE O-Level examinations. You can apply based on your talent in sports, CCAs and specific academic areas that may not be demonstrated at the O-Level examinations.
