Use arrow keys to scroll down to Mice and other pointing devices and use the right arrow key to expand it. Use the down arrow key to select your mouse device.

Aug 22, 2018 · Mouse pointer moving/shaking on its own *SOLVED*. Since this morning my mouse keeps suddenly jittering a few pixels at a time without me touching it. Sep 1, 2020 · Win 10 PRO v2004 (build no. 19041.450) If you haven't done this yet, it could be a solution. Sometimes Windows doesn't honor our original settings. Start Menu>Settings>Devices>Mouse Window. Navigate to the top right of the Mouse Window>Adjust Mouse and Cursor Size>Change Pointer Size and Color. I think you can manage from there.
Aug 2, 2019 · Mouse Cursor Flickering on Windows 10. This is a really annoying problem. Two things seem to be happening. First is the mouse cursor is flickering. It's as if it's having an anxiety attack. The flicker can also interfere when trying to click on icons, although most of the clicking feature seem to work okay most of the time.

I disconnected the Logitech mouse and paired the surface mouse and the same problem was there with the other mouse. So, I assumed, it's not the mouse.
