To request for a replacement Link or NTUC card, please login to your Link account via the Link website. Once login, click on My Account > My Cards, then select the card you would like to replace and click on "Replace card". If you have the FairPrice Group app, you can also do a card replacement.
If you have previously requested for a new card, your new silver NTUC Card will be sent to you within 5 working days. If you have not received your NTUC Card after 5 working days, you may check your card replacement status, via Nicole, our Virtual assistant.
