Oct 20, 2021 · I tried to download office again (step 1) and it worked! I had more cab files. I then proceeded with the install (step 2) and it worked perfectly. I also read on another forum that Configuration ID can also cause a similar problem if present in the XML file however it was the Language ID that caused a problem for me. Hope this helps someone!

In the configuration file, use “Monthly ” for Monthly channel, "Broad" for Semi-Annual Channel and "Targeted" for Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted).
