Nov 16, 2023 · The OPG provides 2 forms on its website: Form 1 is the standard version of the form, which grants general powers with basic restrictions to the donees. Form 2 is the form to use if you would like to customise specific powers for granting to your donee.
Step 2: Draft Your LPA Online Via OPG Online (OPGO) Log in to OPGO via Singpass to fill up the online LPA application. Appoint trusted person(s) as your Donee(s) and decide on powers to be granted to them.
