Mar 24, 2022 · With effect from 15 February 2023, you will require Singpass two-factor authentication (2FA) for login to the iPRIS system which is used for visit and interview bookings. 2FA is part of our continuous effort to enhance data security to better protect your online identity and transactions.

For other visit applicants. If you are not a family member or relative of the inmate or are unable to produce any documentary proof of relationship with the inmate, please submit the Visit Request Application Form using your Singpass account here.
