Make sure u provides the correct address when apply thru internet, i got it wrong the first time and $20 is gone. Bring the necessary document such as Option for Purchase etc as a proof of buyer for the unit when going down for the search.
Aug 5, 2019 · if you plan to do a reconstruction in 5 to 10 years time, might as well just do it now. Construction cost will increase as years go by. Also by then, you will have to deal with the hassle of finding a temporary home to stay for 1 year and also the moving out and back.
May 29, 2012 · Everytime after I bought a property, I went to the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) to photocopy the floor plan and specifications of my unit. For your information, the library of the IEA office keeps all property brochures distributed during any new property launch.

Hi, I'm having thoughts of purchasing a point block @ AMK but will like to have a copy of the floor plan so that I can plan the renovation visually and checking if it's feasible (thinking of doing some extensive reno). I know can purchase from HDB office but i'm cheapo, so trying my luck here to see if anyone has one.

But, actually before sign OTP, it will be good to see the ORIGINAL floor plan, to see if any alteration had been done.

Then hor.. if u photocopy.. enlarge/rescale.. can be distorted. They are all in mm, if you want to convert it to feet, this is the calculation: 1000mm divide by 305= 3.28ft.

Jun 3, 2016 · if the floorplan can be downloaded, it should come with the measurements already. last I passed my floorplan without measurement to my ID he drafted out both 2D and 3D for me FOC. think he needs it to come out with a quotation and purpose of discussion as well. hdb floor plan can be downloaded at hdb website for $5
